General Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Reliable and presentable transportation for customer appointments
• Knowledge of technical sales or technology sales is preferred
• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to shave face for PPE / respirator fit
  
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs and access confined spaces.
• Must be able to position one-self to move through confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics and tunnels during inspections as needed.
• Must be able to respond quickly to sounds.
• Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
• Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment during inspections.
• Must be able to traverse irregular and steep terrain.

Job Duties:

• Drives to customers' homes on pre-scheduled appointments.
• Builds rapport with customers and determines their desired outcomes.
• Carefully inspects and examines the customer's crawlspace to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues.
• Provides necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues.
• Closes the sale with the customer.
• Follows up with the customer as needed.
• Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
• Meets or exceeds his/her projected monthly sales.
• Attends weekly sales meetings and other required meetings.
• Is an ambassador for the company's culture and purpose.
• Regular, reliable on-site attendance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Identify and target new customers in the designated market
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
