Is the inspection really free?
Yes. One of our qualified technicians inspects your crawlspace, takes readings and photos, and gives you a written recommendation and price. There's no charge and no obligation.
How much does encapsulation cost?
It depends on the size and condition of your crawlspace. Most full encapsulations fall roughly between $5,000 and $20,000, and our pricing is competitive with top notch quality. Your inspection gets you an exact price, and in-house financing is available.
How long does the job take?
Most full encapsulations take 4–5 days. We price by the job, not by the hour, so if a job runs long, you don't pay a cent more. You don't need to leave the house while we work.
Why seal the vents? Don't crawlspaces need air?
In our climate, outside air is often more humid than the crawlspace can handle. Open vents let that moisture in every summer. Sealing the space and running a dehumidifier keeps humidity under control year-round.
Will it help with my energy bills?
