Cobb Crawlspace Repair LLC is a crawl space encapsulation and repair company based at 2715 W. Whitner Street, Anderson, SC 29626. It was founded by Andrew Cobb, a U.S. Army veteran, and Sarah Cobb, a Clemson industrial engineering graduate. We're a registered South Carolina Residential Specialty Contractor serving the Upstate of South Carolina and Northeast Georgia.
Not to be confused with Cobb County, Georgia. We're the Cobb family, and we work in the Upstate of South Carolina.
Our story
Andrew is no stranger to hard work and dirty conditions. He spent years installing crawl spaces and passing on what he learned before starting Cobb with Sarah. Andrew has called Anderson home since 1993 and Sarah since 2006. Sarah's background in crawl spaces, engineering and materials drives our quality and our systems.
Cobb has grown fast over six years. Through all of it, we've kept the personal, small-business feel our customers know, with the crew and equipment to take on large jobs.
What we stand for
- Our own crew. Every Cobb inspection and install is done by our own people.
- Upfront pricing. We publish our prices and built a 3D estimate builder so you can see your number before we visit.
- Warranties we stand behind. 10 years on Silver encapsulations, 30 years on Gold and Sapphire.
- Community first. You can often see the Cobb Motorsports Legends car at Anderson Speedway.
